Once you have that picture, you can start creating a plan to achieve that vision. And once you have that plan in place, you can begin implementing it.

I’ll be honest with you, I’m a little biased towards this method of goal setting because I used it to create my own business empire.

But this is the most powerful and effective goal-setting method known to man.

I’ll discuss the first three leadership levels in this post, but we’ll discuss the last two in future posts.

For now, let’s talk about the first three levels of leadership.

The first three levels of leadership are:

For example, let’s say you’re looking to start a new business. If you’re trying to create profits, you must be efficient with your time.

For example, working 8 hours daily and only 1 hour of productive time leaves 7 hours of non-productive time.

Leadership in real life

I know you’ve heard it a million times before, but it bears repeating.

I would also add a few more tips for you to consider. These aren’t just ideas but proven strategies that helped me in real life.

It’s worth mentioning that there are two types of people in this world. Those that follow the rules and those that make their own.

I’ve learned to pick and focus on the right ones over time. If you do that, you’ll be a successful entrepreneur, meaning you’ll have many things to be grateful for.

When you’re running a business, you’re a leader. Whether you’re the CEO, CFO, CMO, or COO, leadership skills are essential to success.

As an entrepreneur, you often have to lead a team of people and direct them to achieve goals. Being a leader requires communicating clearly, organizing effectively, and inspiring others to succeed.
